2. The legal basis for processing personal data

2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent given to the administrator within the terms of Article 6 (1)(a) of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “Regulation“).

3. The purpose of processing personal data

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send commercial information and the administrator’s other marketing activities with regard to your person.

3.2. There is no automated individual decision-making in the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

4. Period of storage of personal data

4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the administrator is 15 years from the end of the contractual relationship, but not after you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of procesing).

6. Rights of the data subject

6.1. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request the administrator for access to your personal data, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict data processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to transfer your personal data.

6.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data given to the administrator at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of processing your personal data prior to such withdrawing of consent. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data in the following way: in writing by email to info@finaltools.cz.

6.3. If you consider that the processing of your personal data has infringed or is infringing the regulation, you have the right, among other things, to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.

6.4. You are under no obligation to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement that is necessary to enter into a contract.

6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling where the profiling relates to such direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
